The member rate applies only if the membership fee for 2026 has been paid to SGIEM or ÖGKJ.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of your congress registration must be made in writing to studio12 gmbh (office@studio12.at).

For cancellations made up to 30 days before the start of the congress, the prepaid participation fee will be refunded minus a processing fee of €50 and any applicable bank charges. After this date, no refunds will be possible.

Conference dinner

The conference dinner can be added as an optional item during registration. Further details (venue and time) will be announced in the program.

Payment

All major credit cards are accepted for payment of the online registration. The transaction is processed securely via our payment service provider Stripe.

Confirmation & invoice

After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email to the address provided. An invoice / payment receipt will be issued automatically and sent by email.
